Assessment Tools Overview
I have included an overview of some of the assessment tools we may use. This is not an exhaustive list and only the tools relevant to the needs of the assessment goals will be employed. Time for each assessment ranges between 1-5 hours and includes a strength based intervention report.
Wechsler Individual Achievement Test (WIAT-4)

Conner's 4th Edition

Conners' CAARS - Adult Rating Scales
The (CAARS) Conners' Adult ADHD Rating Scales helps assess inattention, memory issues, restlessness, hyperactivity, impulsivity & more. 18 and older.
Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R)
It's primarily used by clinicians and researchers to help diagnose autism, plan treatment, and distinguish it from other developmental disorders. The ADI-R is a structured interview conducted with parents or caregivers, focusing on the child's developmental history and behavior.
The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule Second Edition (ADOS-2)
The "gold standard" for observing ASD symptoms. The ADOS-2 is a semi-structured, activity-based assessment that observes social interaction, communication, play, and restricted or repetitive behaviors. It's used with individuals as young as 12 months old through adulthood.
The Adaptive Behaviour Assessment System, Third Edition (ABAS-3)
The ABAS-3 assesses adaptive behavior across three domains: Conceptual, Social, and Practical, and can be used to identify strengths and weaknesses, diagnose and classify disabilities, and develop treatment plans.
