Jenna Powell, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, RCSW, TITC-CT (she, her)
Calgary
Hi, I'm Jenna. I am a therapist who is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and burnout. I enjoy working with First Responders, healthcare workers, adults and adolescents, offering a safe and compassionate space where healing or exploration can begin. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration and a deep respect for each person's unique journey. In our work together, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move towards meaningful change.
Jordan Bateman, Psychologist, MEd, RPsych (he/him)
Okotoks & High River
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but I hope to make it easier. I adjust my approach based on what you need, ensuring we move at a pace that feels comfortable. Maybe you’re shutting down, numbing out, or snapping at those you care about. You could be dealing with anxiety, burnout, complex grief, or big life transitions. Or perhaps trauma you thought was behind you is starting to affect your personal or work life. I enjoy working with individuals in demanding careers or caregiving roles, helping them navigate stress, process the difficult stuff, improve relationships, and prioritize their wellbeing.
